4 Ingredient Protein No Bake Cookies

Who doesn’t love no bake cookies!? They easy, they’re chocolatey and now they can be a little better for you! These peanut butter chocolate protein no bake cookies are simple, delicious and as far as dessert goes they’re pretty dang good for you too! People in my house eat these so quick I sometimes don’t get one and ask when I’m making them again. You’ve gotta try these so let’s get to the recipe:

What You’ll Need:

-12 oz bag of semi sweet or dark chocolate chips
-1 1/2 cups of natural creamy peanut butter
-2 1/2 cups of oats
-1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (I use vanilla flavor here)

What to do:

Just heat the chocolate and peanut butter together over the stove on low-medium heat(or you could melt it in the microwave checking it every 20-30seconds& stirring)
After those are mixed together add the oats then the protein powder and stir until those are all mixed in and covered!
You can put them on some wax paper or aluminum foil by dropping spoonfuls of them or pouring it all out and flattening them and cutting into pieces(kinda like rice crispy treats)
