Bands for Buffness

Resistance band training is amazing because they are a much more portable and affordable way to train! You can roll them up in your suitcase on trips, use them anywhere, and they won’t cost you an arm and a leg like a corresponding set of dumbbells would! In the video I show you how to do the 5 moves that make up the workout I posted underneath. It’s a great full body workout, hope you give it a try!

The Workout! Go through the whole thing 2-3 times!
Band Walks 10 steps to each side
Superset:
12x Band Squats
10x Single arm band rows each arm
Superset:
8x Band Curls(straight up& then out at a 45 degree angle is 1 rep)
10x Band Kickbacks (10 each leg)
Then:
Band Walks 10 steps to each side
