This cookie is stunningly easy and tasty too! It only has 5 ingredients, absolutely no flour and no refined sugar or butter! Too good to be true? Try it!
All you need is:
1/2 cup Almonds whole or chopped
6 oz Dark chocolate chips or chunks
1 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract
The best part is how simple they are to make. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well then spoon them on to a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 mins!
