Most workouts I have here, on Youtube and Instagram are short but pretty tough! And maybe unrealistic for some people starting their fitness journey. Lately I’ve gotten a lot of questions about workouts for beginners, so I’m going to start posting some workouts that can be used as beginner workouts but can also be tailored for the people wanting something a little more advanced. First up is an awesome way to start strengthening your lower body! It’s only 7 minutes long so it’s a great little workout to squeeze in when you’ve got zero time!
If you’re looking for something more challenging be sure to add weight and try 3 full 7 minute sets with 1 minute between each one. And you’ll have a nice lower body workout in just under half an hour:)
If you love high impact HIIT workouts and doing plyometics [like me ;)] doing a low impact workout like this every once in a while is a great way to give your joints and whole body a rest from the constant pounding of plyometrics, sprints and other high impact activities!
