Home made smoothies are awesome! You can boost the benefits and cut out all the added sugar! And of course making them yourself comes out to be cheaper:) always a plus! So grab your blender and power up with this delicious berry smoothie!
The Basic smoothie:
strawberries
pineapple
blueberries
raspberries
chia seeds
Boost it with:
maca powder
protein powder
hemp powder
flax
kale
spinach
your favorite healthy ingredient
1 cup juice(Any juice that you like really, I used low sugar v8 berry flavor)
Equal parts strawberries and pineapple for 1 1/2 cups of fruit
Equal parts blueberries and raspberries for 1 cup of fruit
1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
*using some of the fruit frozen will take away the need for ice! If you don’t have any frozen fruit add ice to your liking:)
