*This recipe is for 4 small or 2 large chicken breasts!

What You’ll Need to Make Cheesy Garlic Oat Crusted Chicken

Chicken
3/4 cup Ground rolled oats
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Olive oil
2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Season salt/ Salt
1/2 tspPepper

What to Do

Chicken should be thawed before starting!

Oven should be pre heated to 350 degrees.

If you don’t have oat power, blend the oats in your food processor or blender until they are fairly powdery. It’s ok if they aren’t completely powder!(mine weren’t)

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl including the parmesean cheese but excluding the cheddar cheese.

Dip the chicken in the olive oil so that it’s completely covered and then roll it in the dry ingredients until it is completely covered. If there is any left over after each chicken has been rolled you can pour it over the chicken when it’s on the pan. After doing this flip each piece over before the next step.

After all of the chicken is covered and on the pan, take the shredded cheddar cheese and cover the top of each piece of chicken.

Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

I always like to add a little bit of parmesan cheese to the top of each piece right after taking them out of the oven!

That’s it guys! Now it’s time to eat your awesome dinner. Enjoy!:)
