Alright so cookies in general.. not healthy but everyone needs a cookie sometimes so here is a peanut butter chocolate cookie recipe that definitely won’t ruin your healthy eating annd they’re so good! I made them with a recipe from a friend then fed them to my family and no one suspected they were a “healtier” cookie. They’ve got no flour, butter or white sugar!
What You’ll Need:
1 cup peanut butter
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or whatever chocolate you prefer
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 serving of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
What to do:
So this is incredibly easy, all I did was mix everything at once and they turned out awesome!(I added some extra chocolate chips on top too) Cook them for 7-10 mins on 350 degrees depending on how big the cookies are. Mine were really big so they took longer!
