Since spring is coming and everyone is tired of being inside this workout takes you out to enjoy the weather! It with have you sweating while having fun! And all your need is your jump rope. Each move is done for about 30 seconds with a 15 second break between:
Regular Jump Rope, Hop Overs, Squats
1 Leg Jump Rope, Skaters, Lunges
Regular Jump Rope, Triangle Hops, Side Lunges
1 Leg Jumps, Toe Taps, Sumo Squats
