Helping people get fit and live healthy is something I enjoy incredibly much so here is my latest way to do it! Online personal training. I’ve been personally training at a gym but there are so many people that just don’t have the time or desire to be at a gym multiple times a week. That’s why I’m going to start Skype training. It can be tailored to what the person has at their house and they can train and get fit while in the comfort of their home! It’s great for new moms, anyone who doesn’t like to go to the gym, is looking for a less expensive way to be fit or is on a time crunch most days! How To Start
After we find each other on Skype we can have a call to talk about your goals and a plan to get you there and decide what times would work best for you!
What We Do
Once we decide on a plan we start the sessions! It’s like any other personal training session. I will take you through workouts, showing you what to do and helping you through each move to get the most out of your session.
