Heyyy everyone! I’ve had lots of requests for what I eat in a day and I’m trying to be better about sharing it fairly often! This video happens to take place on the day that I ended my month of no processed sugar! (If you’re looking to do that find a blog outlining it here) I like to do these no sugar moths after times when I’ve been on sugar overload. I always do one in January and this year I decided to add one in April after Easter! I traveled during Easter and between the treats my mom brought me and the traveling my eating way wayyy off. I was craving lots of sugary treats and indulging in them. Going for a month without processed sugar (I also attempted to add more veggies this time) really helps to break the sugar craving cycle so I can go back to being a normal human and just having the occasional treat. Anyways this post is about What I ate Today so here we go!
I’m not sure what made me ready to document my food on this particular morning but keep in mind, my dinner does not usually look like the one in the video below! I’ll have to make a more normal day of eating soon! Until the dinner, this is pretty standard.
Soo ok, last two would usually be different buttt that was the super end of no sugar treat day! Just to make it a little clearer, day to day I generally avoid processed sugar. It breaks me out and I just feel better when it’s not a standard part of my eating. I will have some occasionally, when I travel or when smaller holidays are around sometimes. It just depends! But in general, I don’t eat lots of bleached white flours or sugar like shown here at night! They’re more special occasions!
