Peanut Butter Chocolate Milkshake Power

Peanut butter Chocolate Milkshake Power- simple delicious and healthy milkshake recipe! |Sugarysixpack.com

Peanut butter and chocolate are an amazing combination! I’m sure you agree since you’re looking at this post for a peanut butter chocolate milkshake. This recipe is great because the taste and texture will trick you into thinking you have a calorie and sugar filled milkshake in your hand.. but you don’t! You have an awesome and healthy alternative that will still satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. The recipe is really simple and so is the making of it. The secret is
the frozen and blended banana. It’s amazing what a frozen banana turns into after it’s blended. It makes the perfect base for this treat! Before you use it, make sure it looks like this:

And ok I have to say this for all my fellow banana haters, the milkshake does not have an overwhelming banana flavor, you can barely tell it’s there at all! Awesome. So, on to the recipe!

What You’ll Need:

1 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate almond milk( or any kind of chocolate milk you prefer)
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 serving Protein powder
A Few chocolate chips(optional)

What to Do:

So, really important. You need a frozen banana! Peel it, chop it into small pieces and put it in the freezer beforehand. It won’t take long to freeze.

-Blend the banana until it looks like the picture above. I used a mini food processor and it works amazingly.

-Put the banana, Protein powder, peanut butter and almond milk in the blender. Don’t put the powder in last if you have a blender bottle type where you put the lid on and flip it over to blend. Powder will get all clumped in the lid.

-Blend! Yes, it’s that easy to make a delicious peanut butter chocolate milkshake. Enjoy it:)
